How do we reach our human potential?
It takes a lot of courage to grow up and be who you are and reach your human potential. I have found that life is often less about finding yourself and more about creating yourself. Creating yourself takes a brave soul who has the willingness to look inside, below the surface, and explore who you can be.
Most of my clients I have worked with have defined themselves by the memories of their past. Most hadn’t had a vision. They had been committed to abandoning themselves. They had observed life from the sidelines. They had developed maladaptive ways of coping that kept them small and had been terrified by the opportunities to make themselves visible to the world.
I bring Soul-Centered Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping), and Mindfulness & Meditation, the three pillars of my life’s work, experience, and personal journey. I draw upon the principles of Spiritual Psychology, writing, and other various forms of creative expression to help people reach their human potential.

What is soul-centered coaching?
Soul Centered Coaching is the practice of helping clients get quiet enough so they can see more clearly and be able to recognize the difference between a door that is open and one that is closed. It is a wonderful investment in you and for creating the time and space to figure out what you really want in your heart.
What is an integrative life coach?
An Integrative Life Coach guides you to reach goals and make changes in all areas of your life, and helps you to heal while empowering you to change your life with coaching tools, techniques, and action plans.
What is tapping therapy?
An EFT Tapping Practitioner uses an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain.
What is a mindfulness and meditation teacher?
A modern mindfulness teacher is a specially trained facilitator who holds space for presence, reflection and connection with self and others to occur. They do this with the purpose of teaching the skill of paying attention to present moment experiences without judgment of thoughts, feelings or sensations. A mindfulness teacher gives people the tools to make the world safe for themselves. A mindfulness teacher’s purpose is to offer students tools that facilitate presence and personal reflection. With the purpose of character building, self-study, physical wellness, and insight.
