Touching and wearing soft items and hugging pets and humans is an important part of relaxing and enjoying. Doing activities that bring joy. Do you love puzzles and games. We love gardening and baking and watching movies, laughing. You need to laugh so be sure to add comedy to your life. Listen to music that lifts your spirits. We could go on forever. Find joy in simple things.
