The secret of change is in your thoughts and actions. When you wake up today and go to bed tonight what are you thinking about? You can breathe to change your brain. That’s one way to change your habits to become the new you, but there are hundreds of ways that you can give yourself the support you need. Are you creating a vision for yourself? What positive steps are you taking to make change happen? Do you need a support group? AA, Al-anon.
