Did you know that recovery gifts help focus a recovery life?
Let me explain. Recently, we’ve been adding recovery products to the ROR website. This is because we know from our own lives that having recovery and wellness items around the house and office promote recovery! When I first came into recovery, I had a lot of issues to deal with around self-care and wellness. It wasn’t in my nature or experience to buy items that would help make that easier. Over the years, as loved ones gave me recovery gifts, and I’ve become passionate about wellness, I know how crucial it is to have the wellness and recovery products around. For example, things like aroma therapy lavender sleep masksand aloe vera infused socks didn’t seem appealing, but now I look forward to bedtime because I have a sleep ritual that includes lots of self-care items that make me feel good and well cared for.
Recovery products for people who have anxiety
Do you have anxiety? I do. In the past, I would find myself in my apartment kind of stuck. I’d need to do things–work, grocery shop, chores, but it would be difficult to get started with anything. Finding tools that help lessen anxiety have been life-changing for me. I learned how to meditate, relax with yoga, crystal healing, rest. I also learned about journaling, which can exist for everything from processing anxious feelings to making a prioritized to-do list, which aids in giving the day structure and direction.
Try our journals, anxiety journal prompts, worry stones, crystal sets, lavender sleep mask, aloe vera socks, or meditation bracelet.
