Pay attention To Their Behavior

Why pay attention to their behavior and not their words? When someone tells you they want to help, but actually hurts you, drives you crazy with their help, or holds or you back., it does not help. They may be passive-aggressive.

Pay attention to their behavior because when someone tells you you did something you know you didn’t do, they could be gaslighting you.

Pay attention to their behavior because when someone tells you they love you, but are always angry at something you did, they may be just plain toxic. When you pay attention to their behavior, you can begin to heal and grow to become your own person.
