Yes, indeed you can raise your vibration. This is true science because everything vibrates with energy, including us humans. If we vibrate in one way it can attract good things, if we vibrate in other ways, it can attract negative things. That’s why it actually is important to raise your vibration if you want better things in your life.

In these challenging times, it may be worth it to take the time to raise your vibration. What does that mean? Everything in the universe, literally everything even solid things, is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. This is important because emotions vibrate in your chakras and aura. The vibration you’re operating at will attract other people and experiences that vibrate at a similar frequency. For people in recovery, this is especially important because guilt and shame resonate with the lowest vibrations in the emotional spectrum, and elicit the lowest behaviors–blame, humiliation, and destruction. They must be changed for people seeking a new experience in life because low vibrations will bring you down in every way, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

On the other end of the spectrum, you will find love, joy, enlightenment, and peace. They illicit wonderful responses and behaviors and vibrate at the frequency we want to be on. Even if you’ve had negative past experiences, or are dealing with disturbing events right now, you can do many things to nurture yourself

Raise Your Vibration With Self-care And Self-love

Like RuPaul says, “How are you going to love someone else if you can’t love yourself.” When we hold anger, resentment, or jealousy inside, it’s often the result of not loving ourselves enough. When we are physically and spiritually balanced, we naturally care less about other people and what they think. Make sure your lifestyle is loving to your body and mind. Get enough sleep, get enough water, stretch, exercise, and take care of your emotional health. Plan activities that will nourish your body and brain. Self-love matters!

Raise Your Vibration With The Company You Keep

Do not spend time with people who make you feel bad. Do not spend time with people who complain and have a dark cloud hanging over their heads. Have a friend who ALWAYS has drama? Do you have to be their friend? Constant drama people are causing that drama with their vibe, I swear it is so! Cultivate friendships with people who have what you want. Spend time with people who make you laugh and smile and feel inspired. It matters.

Raise Your Vibration With Gratitude

It is proven that gratitude helps with emotional and mental health. It also helps with raising your vibration. If you feel grateful for what you have, you will eventually attract more. Make gratitude lists, tell people you appreciate them and be the light you want to shine in the world.

Raise Your Vibration With Meditation, Soundbath & Crystal Healing

All of these practices/activities promote mindfulness and help calm the nervous system. As for the soundbaths, we’ve known for centuries that sound is very healing for the body and brain. Soundbaths can help you feel less tense, and angry, and can even lessen fatigue and depression for some people.

There’s a vibrational shift in movement and when we interact with animals and nature. Take walks outside and be mindful of it. Notice the flowers or trees or even the clouds in the sky. If you’re lucky enough to live in a city with mountains or water, go look at it from time to time! It’s beautiful and soothing.

Raise Your Vibration By Disconnecting

Now, more than ever, it’s necessary to turn the electronics off and just chill. Well apart from the FOMO or generally jealousy social media can elicit, the addictive programming behind apps and light from the screen can add to anxiety. Take the time to enjoy the sound of silence and give your eyes and brain a rest.

Raise Your Vibration By Releasing Negativity

Most of all, practice forgiveness. Holding onto anger, negativity, resentment, jealousy, or any of our other “lesser” emotions will create the vibrations you don’t want, and hinder the ones you do want. Practice holding onto the good feelings and releasing the bad. Feeling good and positive is the best way to raise your vibrations on the daily!
